Hope you're doing well

There is a scenario where the system Calculated rating on the PM form came as 4.3, but the Manager selected the "Overall Form Rating" as 1.0.

Now at the calibration screen, the employee is placed in first bucket of "Unsatisfactory". Is there any possible workaround which would highlight if in case there is a major difference between the system generated calculated rating & the Overall Form Rating selected, system should notify or highlight at the calibration screen.

Hi Amaan

There's no option currently available in Calibration for the analysis you're requesting, my recommendation is to use a report story or an Ad hoc report to highlight when there's significant difference between the calculated rating and the manually assigned rating by Manager.
