Integration between RCM and Onboarding 2.0

Dear all,

Me and my team are trying to configure the integration between RCM and Onboarding 2.0, but we are getting issues.

The system is initiating the Onboarding for the internal or external candidates, but the candidates are not visible in the Onboarding Dashboard, even if the user have total permissions.

We verify the Recruit-to-Hire menu and we have an error in jobInfo field, but the system is not showing which mapping is not correct. We think that is the "start-date" mapping, once we don't have this field in the HRIS Elements, under Manage Business Configuration. However, we cannot configure it there.

Does anyone knows if this could be the root of the issue?

Hi! Are you getting help from a certified SF Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting consultant?

There are various considerations when it comes to integrate RCM-ONB-EC. At least you need to map all the start date fields from effective dated entities (especially jobInfo, employmentInfo, and compInfo) and guarantee that the fields in 'Mandatory Onboarding HRIS Elements' are mapped. But this is just shallow instruction.

I recommend you to get help from a certified consultant.
