SAP BO With HANA in Hyper - V Server Core

I appreciate your support with our question. The implementation of SAP Business One with Hana Database will be done in my company. We plan to virtualize the solution on a single physical server. We are aware that SAP suggests VMWare, but how much would it affect us to do virtualization with Hyper - V Server Core?
