Serialized number tracking for Manufactured Product

Dear SAP Experts

Please let us know how we need to track the serialized materials for a given product when there is a customer complaint ,for which the client has to track the list of components involved in the manufacturing of the product

Is it possible to get the serial number structure list with the list of components that are being used in the finished good?

We are using the S/4HANA cloud 2208(Rise with SAP) with Fiori apps
