Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to create a custom report with a limited number of fields from Ticket, Account and few other custom objects. Users should not be able to add any extra fields to the view.
I have already restricted the action "add fields" using "Configure Actions" from Business Analytics workcenter. But the issue is users still get a button "Add fields to row" where if we have enabled Ticket Id or Ticket field in the report- we get an arrow button beside this field and user can add any field from the Ticket Object using this (even though the field has not been enabled in report wizard) as shown in the screenshot attached. Is there any way to restrict this- so that users cannot add any field to report?

Hi Gayatri,
You should be able to control the fields when creating the custom report. Only the fields selected there will be available for addition to the report. Isn't that the case?

I have already enabled only certain number of fields using report wizard while creation of report. But - if we have enabled ticket ID/ Ticket field- C4C gives an access to complete Ticket BO (with the arrow button highlighted in the attachment) when user tries to add the field. So even though - we have restricted the fields via report wizard- user can add any field in the report.
