Hello! Our organization is currently using just PM for a Performance Form (and mainly for our professional level population). We don't currently have GM or CPM implemented. We are looking for some best practice information on the following:
We have a population that has grown to over 50% of our organization that is Non-Exempt (US)/Hourly associates (such as machine operators, assembly workers, material handlers, etc.) - currently they are not in scope for our Performance Form.
1 What SF solution would make sense to utilize for this population
We would like to incorporate:
We would love to connect/have conversation with someone that has a solution currently in place similar to these needs.

Many congratulations for deciding to take the next steps in your implementation journey.
Based on your current requirements, for such population you can use the CPM module to its full potential. This would be an informal way of taking feedback and doing evaluations but it is fully available on mobile.
Some of its features include -
Limitations -
In case you wish to use features like goal cascade, goal linking, team goals etc., you must use the goal & performance management module but it is not fully available on mobile. Hence would not be very beneficial for such employees who do not have access to the system. Moreover, while using the PM form on mobile application, it will be available as long as you are supposed to perform an action. This means, en route and completed folder are not supported on mobile application and you cannot rely only on mobile for such employees.
