Hi,
In several tenants from various customer I have the same issue, in case of import and for some reason there are rejected records, if I click on the rejection summary, it downloads an empty csv file. It doesn't occur always but once it occur, I don't find any way to see the rejected items from this connection.
Any solution?

Hi,
I would recommend raising an incident with SAP with the details. For me, the error which occurred while loading the data from flat file with data lock on. The data were rejected because of data locking but we were not able to download the rejection summary (same as your error)
