Possibility of having a custom table in SAP S/4 Ariba cloud

Hi experts,

I am not from Ariba module, but i have a question on an integration topic. Is it possible to have any Z table created in Ariba cloud system or any possibility to read the data from S/4 HANA tables through any webservice / RFC kind of concept? my intention is to know if ariba can read data from S/4 HANA database tables to update entries in shipping notifications.

I request to provide some information even my question sounds very silly
