SAP WorkZone messages reaching SAP CAI but with several fallback

Hello Great team,

I follow the instructions to integrate the CAI with the work zone and it's working fine sometimes not responding, however.

when I right anything in the chatbot in the work zone it replays the right thing and then keeps the fullback response several times like the following :
