Migrate Test Suite Test Cases from Solution Manager to Azure Devops(ADO)

Hi,

Would like to know if I can get a link to a blog,wiki or a lead on Migrating the Test Suite Test Plans in Solution Manager to the Test Plan in Azure DevOps and within the Test Plans all the Test Cases ( Header, Test Steps, Attachments, notes) are to be migration to Test Case work items in ADO.

Is Test Suite part of Focused build? I found this article not sure if I will get test cases using this
