View Defects of a project

Hi,

Is there a way to view details of the defects raised by a team or a project in Focused Build?

Hi Arunika,

my preferred way to manage defects is via "Test Suite analytics" --> "Testplan - Defect Analysis".

In the Top section "Search Testplan"

you can select defects by different criteria (e.g. "Project number" or multiple "Test plan ID".

I use Granularity ""Defect Overview" which results in a nice list view.

You can save your Searches and reuse them later

In the result section on the bottom, you can create a reusable Variant with the most interesting fields, e.g. "Incident ID", "Priority", "Reporter", "Message Processor" "Support Team name", "Processing time".

You can directly jump to the defect and also export the list in Excel.

This is true , but I have not been able to find test suite analytics in Focused build.

does it require some extra access or license?

Make sure you have the Test Manager role - SAP_OST_FB_TEST_M_COMP assigned to your ID in SolMan and follow the steps given by Benjamin.
