follow up documents

hi

iam creating new activity with out using (Copying) any SAP Standards., so in order to create follow up documents to my activity how i should update?

how follow up will determine in sap crm

Hello,

I think the approach in this case should be to define a dummy transaction type. Map this dummy transaction type to Activity in Copy control. The the actual structure-to-structure mapping you need to achieve through BADI & finally commit it. If the follow up is an Activity, you need to map all the required exporting parameters of CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to your dummy transaction.

I have not exactly done this ever, so you can help me correct my approach if I am not correct.
