Good day,
I installed Agent 3, I have the extension active in both Edge and Chrome.
Problem? The Cloud Console does not recognize the Desktop Agent.
I closed, opened again, formatted the laptop and the problem persists.
Maybe it's happening to someone else, I'm hoping we can exchange ideas.
If you know the problem and the solution, I will be very grateful in advance.

Hi Erick,
Could see that so far all corrective steps are captured in the KBA. Hope you have already processed the steps mentioned herein.
Further to this, will request chaitanyapriya.puvvada to have a look and advise if product team has any further inputs on same error with newer version of agent.
