can not find where is "Copilot" on the app Project briefs

Hello,<br>On SAP clould test script , at page 12:  Inform Project Manager, it is mentioned on the app Project Briefs, to open Copilot; Choose Chats and then New chat. Now choose Invite Participants. Select the name of the Project
Manager from the contact list => Project Manager is selected and a conversation can be
initiated with the Manager.My question that is I can not find where is "Copilot" on the app Project briefs?  I can not find this button.<br>If anybody know where it is, please let me know<br>Thank you in advance <br>Best regards,<br>Hong DUCRUET

I thank you very much for your feedback. Sorry for my late response.

These days, I learned that the CoPilot is extension of SAP, need to pay extra to active it, that’s why on my system it does not exist yet. Correct me if I am wrong.

Besides that, I am doing the test the Project Release Workflow (1YF), but it does not work. I rechecked many times the configuration on “Manage Workflows for Enterprise Project” app, and re did the tests according to the test script, I cannot find any issue.

Could you please tell me that at which moment the Workflow should be trigged? Is that at the moment the new project been created (Processing Status: Created)? Then the next step that is the Recipient will get the information via " My Inbox - All Items app. "? Please correct me if it is not correct.

I get back to you since I have one question:

I am using the apps - Project Cost Report & Project Cost Report, and by selecting the planning categories as 'PLN' and 'BUDGET01’, I can NOT see the Commitment budget.

I found something in the scope 1NT and 213. Could you please guide me in detail (step by step)? What are the key actions to trigger to have the Commitment budget?
