about note 3070606 / Test Data Refresh (no login and no jobs : in Q or/and in P ?)

Hello,

In kba 3070606 about it is demanded that :

"Users should not log in during the data transfer phase. All scheduled background jobs should be set on hold before data transfer commences"

Could you precise if this demand do concern Q and/or P ?

- about the mention "not to log" ?
- (Should also all API (in Q and or in P ?) be stopped as I guess they log on the system ?)

- about the mention to hold all scheduled background jobs ?
