Process Integration Runtime not available in Productive instance of Integration Suite

I'm have trouble finding the Process Integration Runtime service so I can activate it for my Integration Suite.

We have 2 instances for the Integration Suite, one for Dev/Test and one for Production. In the Dev/Test instance I have enabled the Process Integration Runtime, but in the Production instance the service is not in the list.

Note, that I activated the PRocess Integration on the Dev/Test instance over a year ago, but did not do it for the Prod instance at that time.

Anyone have experienced the same issue.
