Default target selection to be "New Window" in the Rich Text Editor- Insert/Edit Link Dialog

I am using this sap.ui.richtexteditor.RichTextEditor for my app. In this rich text editor, we have this Insert/Edit Link option to add a link. The default target selection is None here, I want to change the default target selection to be "New Window"
