#CoE #DH01 Import Account Balance from the Bank

Dear Experts,

Now we are investigating Bank Statement Function in S/4HC.

We're planning to import Account Balance from the bank.

But only we could find the function to import Bank Statement(Incoming and Outgoing Payment).

If you know any Apps which could be imported Account Balance data from the bank, could you tell me the details?

You can check out Fiori App: "Manage Bank Account Balances" . It allows you to just upload Bank Account Balances. They can be monitored with the App "Monitor Bank Balances" and will report in "Short Term Cash Disposition".

Hello Fukushima,

You can find details in Manage Bank Account Balances | SAP Help Portal:

• View bank account balances updated by imported end-of-day bank statements

  The balances are stored by the bank statement dates contained in the bank statements. For each date, if a balance entry has already been updated by electronic bank statements, the balance is not allowed to be updated via spreadsheet import or manual entry.

• Manually enter balances for bank accounts

• Import bank account balances from spreadsheets

System balances I assume you mean G/L account balance, right? If you want to compare bank account balance and G/L account balance, you can use Bank Account Balance Reconcilation app.

You can try Bank Account Balance Reconciliation | SAP Help Portal.

With this app, you can identify differences between the bank account balance, the G/L account balance, and the balance in One Exposure from Operations, in order to process necessary corrections.

Thank you for your answering.

I am thinking Import Bank Account Balance and Import Bank Statement app are different each other.

If I am using Import Bank Statement and would like to see its result and system balance, I could use Bank Account Balance Reconciliation.

If just I'm using Import Bank Account Balance, can I use this "Bank Account Balance Reconciliation" to compare its result and system balances?

However how can I compare with Bank Account Balances from Bank VS G/L Bank Account Balance in S/4HC?

I think both "Monitor Bank Balances" and "Short Term Cash Disposition" will not show such information but just the status of import result.

Need more your help.
