V.23 didn't remove block when ran at background

Hi Everyone,

I have checked several forums but didn't find a good and relevant answer.

I have came across one situation wherein If a run V.23 in background to run billing blocks from sales order header , program ran successfully but at later spool generated and it will only show me the orders list in SM37 . It didn't remove the blocks automatically on the other hand it didn't have any issues while running in foreground.

Is it the standard functionality of sap to only provide the list in alv and didn't remove those while running in background?

Not sure in which version, you are working but according to OSS note 2762902, v dot 23 is OBSOLETE and you have to execute V23 and of course, you may have to implement the corrections provided in this OSS note
