Sales Orders with Service Type

Dear Expert,

I would like to cancel multiple Sales Orders with Service Type, but there is no cancel fitur in Open SO Document.
Do you know the reason why the system cannot cancel SO with Service Type?

Hi,

Goto Open Item list report.

Select the Sales order option into open documents option. Here, You can select the multiple SO and select close or cancel option. It will cancel or close multiple so as per your needs.

Hi,

Check the form settings of open items list. UDFs too are listed. If you have a UDF where peculiar info is being maintained for service documents then by applying filter you can locate such orders and bulk close / cancel then.

If you have not configured the web client then you can also close it from SAP b1 client. Please go to Sales > Sales Report > Open Item List , then select the Sales order that you would like to cancel or close as shown below:

In the Web Client for SAP Business One, you can filter the list of open Sales Orders by various properties, select the relevant records and click "Cancel":
