Group COA and Parallel Accounting

Hi gurus,

Please explain me if we create group chart of accounts for reporting purpose then why do we need to create non-leading ledger. Because non-leading ledger is also maintained for reporting purpose according to Accounting principles. Tell me how Non-Leading Ledger is different from group COA .
