Deploy BAS Fiori App in SAP_UI753 or below

Hello,

i developed a fiori App in BAS and i could deploy it in a S4 HANA SAP System. Now I want to publish the same App in an older System. I have some questions about this:

1) Do my system need a HANA DB or can I use an other database.

2) How can I deploy my app. I found this tutorial Using the SAPUI5 Repository Upload and Download Reports to Synchronize | SAP Help Portal , but i don't understand how I exactly can upload my app.
