Mail to SFTP - how to read the attachment name

Hello All,

My scenario is Mail to SFTP.

my iflow picks up the unread emails and gets the attachment into the body.

I used the code given in this blog - Replacing the message body with an attachment | SAP Blogs

I also need the name of the attachment, how do I get it ?

I need to keep the same name while placing file into SFTP.
