I have set PO limits for users, let's say if they make a PO of 10K it needs to be approved.
But the issue is if they make a PO for 1 Euro, exit and go back in, they can just edit it to any amount they want.
Also you can't edit a PO after it's sent for approvement, even when it's approved.
Can anyone help me understand to fix this? Thanks
Hi,
Also you can set a query based approval. I.e. in last tab you can apply the terms / conditions for the PO.

Hi,
if you make change in the approved document, SAP triggers a re - approval. You can set so from the general settings option in the administration.
Disallowing the user from recording a PO above a set value can be handled through transaction notification.

Thank you for your help, I don't seem to have any of these options, please see the screenshot below:
This is all that is shown for me.
Hi,
Old version Of SAP had this issue. Once a document is approved change was not possible. To overcome this, SAP introduced the options of changing the document / draft during approval. So change will trigger the approval. Same can be enabled or disabled through general settings as per policy.
It seems a patch or version issue. Check existing version and patch and upgrade the same.
In order to achieve this you will have to go for term based approval.
Approval should be such that PO will go for approval when PO value exceeds 10K irrespective of user.
Regards
