EmpJob terminate

Hi, Everyone

I have known that if EmpEmploymentTermination is upserted,

a new record of EmpJob will be created automaticlly.

But When I create a EmpJob record with termination event reason,

can EmpEmploymentTermination record be created automaticlly?

I reckon you may even struggle getting that in the system to be honest as SF does have quite some validation checks on this (only in case of an update it could work). In essence it still applies the same rules as imports (termination has to to via termination and auto creates the job record & for contingent workers the same MUST go via a work order to generate a job info record), so the brief answer would be a no by what I know.
