F3163:Business Partner:Customer ntegration: Error while creating a new Company Code to the Customer

Hello everyone,

I started using the Fiori F3163 to manage the Business partners. I am doing like in the blog here https://blogs.sap.com/2017/02/22/business-partner-customer-vendor-integration-s4-hana/

Under the Step 'Setting up Customer' , while assigning a new Company Code to my 'Addition Customer', I am getting a strage Error saying : Business partner was created successfully, but customer could not be created/adjusted. The account '123456789000' is locked by the user 'HAJER' (This Error text is translated from another Language)

- 'HAJER' is my User and I am not any where Connected.

The same error comes to my colleges but with their User names.

PS: I did the same steps in an other System and it worked.

Had anyone this error before? Could you please help me to fix it .
