Cannot connect/start/uninstall

Dear experts,

I got the following error messages, when i want start the database and even when i want to uninstall/delete it i got the same messages. I use the latest version and tried to figure it out with our developers. I hope you can help me to fix.

Dear customer, try to delete the shared memory.

  • DBM server shared memory problems workaround: delete <database_name>.dbm.shi and <database_name>.dbm.shm and kill all DBM server processes
