Hi exertise,

Inbound delivery in EWM generates an error message in SMQ2 if user made change over quantity than PO, here is screenshot:

I am trying to figure out, why user cannot proceed over quantity but no luck.

Please kindly advice.

Thanks,

Hi

In the PO item level, there is a checkbox "unlimited" . Set this and reprocess the queue.

It will get processed.

Or increase the PO quantity by 9000kg and reprocess the queue.

Hi -

There is a setting that needs to be made on the EWM side. It is explained in note 2465850.

Hi,

not really an EWM problem - I would think this is because you PO does not allow overdelivery? Or at least not to that level.

All the above is no official SAP statement.

Want to learn EWM?

Check for EWM courses: https://training.sap.com/trainingpath/Applications-Extended+Warehouse+Management-EWM+in+S4HANA

Get a SAP Learning Hub Subscription: https://training.sap.com/learninghub

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!

And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!

i didn't input overdelivery in purchase order. After getting this error, i went to adjust overdelivery in PO, but no luck. Still get this error and PO doesn't update.

Please give advice.

Thanks,
