Hello, experts in SAP PLC!

Please tell me the answers to the following questions:

  1. If PLC can take info about standard price for existing ROH and HALB materials from S4Hana in this new calculation process for new FERT product. (import data from S4Hana to PLC)?
  2. If PLC system “understand” which price for mechanical part should be used for calculation of production cost for FERT material for different quantities?
  3. How data form PLC about planned materials and production time by cost centers will go to new BOM and Routing for new FERT process (import data from PLC to S4Hana)?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Hello. I can provide some answers:

1. When you configure replication of prices from ECC you can then define rules to apply prices in PLC (you can replicate many different price fields to PLC and tell PLC conditions to apply prices). You can even manually select a price (from the list of replicated prices) to be used in a calculation.

2. As above, you can set up conditions in PLC which will govern which price to be used.

3. I haven't heard about writing data back to ECC.
