How to maintain Material Master Color / Size grid in Purchase Order

Please Help me for Characteristic , Color Grid & Size Grid maintain Process. How i will see the grid Like.....Purchase Order label , Goods Receive label & Stock Inventory label. I want to see color grid & Size grid ( Like ME21N , MIGO & MB52)
Please help me for below Issue & Kindly guide Transection & Configuration process ,,, Please
