Hi. Pls let me know the steps to be followed for the implemention of Quality Notifications for my customer.....

Dear Yandam KUMAR,

thank you for the details provided. Although the request is a bit general, I recommend to start with reading the SAP Help:

'Quality Notifications (QM-QN)'

There, you can find the features of quality notifications and map the customer needs with the available functions.

Once you are clear with the requirements, I recommend to check transaction QCC2, which is the Quality Notification customizing. Start from the top, go node-by-node. Almost each customizing activity has a documentation, click the document icon before the node to see what that step is about.

After the customizing is done, you can start testing the processes/transactions.

Others might have more practical ideas, this answer comes from support perspective.
