Sync Succession Positions to MDF Positions After EC and Position Management Implementation

We implemented SuccessFactors without EC. We have Succession implemented with Legacy Position Nomination Method.

Now we are implementing EC and Position Management, and changing to MDF Position Nomination Method. Once EC and Position Management are implemented how do I sync Succession positions and nominations? We need to make sure we do not loose and nominations for successors.
