Unable to preview the reports on chrome

Whenever we try to preview the reports, we are getting HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error

javax.servlet.ServletException: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.lib.ReportSDKClientDocException: The document is closed.---- Error code:-2147215349 Error code name:docNotReady

We are observing this issue on Google Chrome browser with few users. This works fine in Edge browser.

Which SDK are you using? An which version of it?

We are using 2016 (14.2.x) version.

The issue observed with some people on the chrome, not all of them. Is there any setting on the chrome to be enabled for this error?
