How to write Substitution rule for if condition to already defined rule

The defined condition is as such: COBL-HKONT IN ZMARKETING

Suppose a particular GL alone needs to be excluded from the above condition, which is in the Set, what can be the possible options.

Note: The Set is used in other rules, so the GL cannot be removed from the rule.
