Make Read only SPRO Configuration in target system in Solman Customizing Synchronizing

Hello,

I did Customizing Synchronizing configuration and working correctly between Solman and ECC and MDG. But in Target System (ECC) I am still able to create Company Codes and other master data which is not intended. We need to lock these edit option once Customizing Synchronizing Configuration is done.

Is it possible to make read only in target system ?. If so, please let me know.
