Misalignment between FLOC and Equipment records with Notification and Work orders

I am facing an issue where, whenever changes are made at the Functional Location and EQUIPMENT level, these changes are not being pushed to NOTIFICATIONS and WORK ORDERS.

There is an option to update FLOC/EQUI information from a NOTIFICATION, by choosing the option UPDATE REFERENCE OBJECT DATA

If we are talking about thousands of objects, an option to ensure that NOTIFICATION are aligned with the information that is updated at the FLOCs/EQUI level, is to create a LSMW, however, once in a while, I would have to execute this LSMW manually.

I would like to know if there is an SAP BUILT IN solution that can address this issue, not only for NOTIFICATIONS but also for WORK ORDERS.
