DBCO function at private cloud edition

Hello experts,

I have a question on SAP S4/HANA DBCO functionality at PCE (Private Cloud Edition).

I have been using S4/HANA DBCO function without any restrictions and costs at On-Premise edition.

But, I have heard if I want to use that function at PCE, I need to buy some kind of Oracle product.

Unfortunately, I do not have any information on that Oracle product.

Do you guys think this is right? If it is right, do you know how much it is?
