SuccessFactors Report Stories Not Working

Hi Everyone,

Are there other organisations experiencing major issues with Report Stories?

We attempted to go-live with this as part of our solution in May 2022 for Recruitment and then in July 2022 for Learning and have found it unworkable as a solution.

We initially used the solution SuccessFactors discuss in their KBA, however, this degrades over time and requires users to delete cookies continually (not a great experience for non-technical users and not great optics for SAP). Our second method was to get our IT department to allow "tracking" via our Privacy settings and this worked for a time, however, this too has degraded greatly and the load time (if they load at all) is grindingly slow.

Has anyone else had this experience? I would be keen to hear whether you have overcome this issue or moved on to another product to solve for this?
