Sap Mobile Start - support GUI tiles?

Hi Team!

I have an S4HANA 2020 on premise system and I configure my content provider to expose tiles over Central Launchpad to access from my Sap Mobile Start.

Is there some restriction about access GUI/WDA tiles, from Sap Mobile Client?

I can access WDA, Fiori UI5 and GUI tiles from Central Launchpad correctly (this in web browser), but from Sap Mobile Client I cant find WDA tiles neither GUI Tiles .

There aren't errors, I see only a few tiles respect over total of tiles that I should see.

For example, I see all this tiles on Central Fiori Launchpad Service, but on Sap Mobile start only see "Manage Flexible Hierarchies"

I checked this with Tiles from SAP_BR_OVERHEAD_ACCOUNTANT standard Role exposed through content provider

I check some notes, but there is nothing about gui / WDA transactions running on Sap Mobile Client. I suppossed that only must be acced to native and fiori ui5 tiles only.

Hi Cesar,

There is a restriction on the supported device types for all Fiori apps no matter their technology. In your example only "Manage Flexible Hierarchy" supports tablet and phone, all others are for desktop only. that's the reason why you don't see them in Mobile Start. You can check the supported device types in the Fiori reference library and in the Site manager.

A simple test you can do is to run the site in your device browser, you should see the same result in Mobile Start.

just like you said, i checked in the web browser on my mobile device and I see the same as in sap mobile start.
