Why can't I run my processes in SAP Test Automation Tool?

When I select my test plan in the Test Your Processes and execute it, the progress is still showing 0% and the tool does not seem to work.

Test Plans Details:

E2E SC10 Wv2
E2E/EM Sc10 - C

Can anyone check where is the problem?
