This is an external http call interface, The SAP system is directly connected with the interface provided by the bank through HTTP connection, interactive format is XML，Connect directly with the interface provided by the bank through the URL address。I have been successful in other customer client systems and postman，but this is a failure in now customer system.

Have you uploaded the SSL certificate of the domain in CPI keystore if not try and do let us know if it works.else raise a incident with SAP Cloud Support they will assist you in no time if it's a instance issue.
