Replicate Organizational Objects from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP ERP error

Dear Experts

while Replicate Organizational Objects from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to to SAP ERP i'm getting the below error in CPI.

Error DetailsInbound processing in endpoint at /EC_to_ERP_Generic_Object_Query failed with message "Fault:Sequential processing failed for number 0. Exchange[ID-vsa10097592-1661070587291-23-19]. Caused by: [org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault - Could not send Message.]", caused by "SocketException:Connection reset"

i checked all the configurations (srt_admin, soamanager, Endpoints, etc.,) and all are green.

kindly help me to identify the actual root cause of this issue.
