Customer Returns EWM Stock Type Change after Goods Receipt

Hello all

We want to post a customer return (movement type 651) in EWM goods receipt. During the goods receipt posting, the system checks whether an inspection rule exists for the material or not. If an inspection rule exists, then the stock is to be posted in Q. Unfortunately, this is not communicated to the SAP ERP and the stock is also posted as goods receipt, but still in stock type RR.

Is there a possibility in the ERP that the stock type is also changed there?

Hi Patrick.,

Could you please add the screenshot. What I understand from the above is once goods receipt is posted the stock type Q is not updating in the SAP ERP if the inspection rule exists.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
