How to upload video to Successfactors for the onboardee in Welcome Email

Hello experts,

I found this KBA (3128844) on how to attach a video to the Onboarding welcome email via a link.

But I need to know how to upload a video within SuccessFactors to be able to upload the link where the video is in the email.

Hello, Sofia,

Videos can be uploaded to the Employee Portal server before they can be used.

1) Click Manage Employee portal - Site Actions - Documents.

Select a folder from the Document Library List where you want to upload a new video.

2) Click Upload.

In the Upload Document window, click Browse and select the video.

Select Overwrite the existing files if the document with the same name already exists in the folder and should be updated.

The new uploaded document will appear in the List of Documents with a New! status flag.

After that, try to use its link in Welcome message.
