How can I enure the right contribution margin in the intracompany business through STO?

We have several company codes and each of them has at least one sales organization and one plant.

An exception is company codes 1010 where we have the sales organizations 1010 + 1030 and the plants 1010 + 1020 + 1030.

For a better overview plase have a look on the image.jng-file at the end.

Between the production plants and other sales organization (e. g. 4210 or 1210 or 1710) we sell the products via the intercompany solution with a customer-supplier-relationship. So we have a sales price in each order item that is a condition type in the pricing elements (e. g. PPR0). (e. g. 3 Euro per piece - for starting from 1 pcs. - or 2,70 Euro for 500 or more pieces)

For the intra-company business (between sales organization 1010 and 1030) we are working with STOs. That means the standard price calculation price will be transferred from 1010 to 1030 (or vice versa). That is necessary for the stock assessment. (e. g. 1,10 Euro per piece)

Up-to-now it is the standard solution.

But we need for the profit center of sales organization 1030 a second value in the STO that is the condition type in the pricing elements (e. g. PPR0). Then this value determined the “sales price” like for a standard customer-supplier-relationship. = 3 Euro per piece or 2,70 Euro for 500 or more pieces) - hopefully by using PPR0 instead of an additional solution.

And this second value should be an average price for the stock evaluation in the profit centre balance sheet at plant 1030 beside the standard price calculation price for the stock evaluation of the company code.

Then it is very easy to determine the contribution margin or for the accounting COPA in sales organization 1030.

Here an example: Sales price of sales organization 1030 is 5,20 Euro for 40 pieces. As the average price was 3,00 Euro from the last STO-delivery the contribution margin of 1030 is 5,20 – 3,00 = 2,20 Euro.

If we got the last time a STO-delivery with 550 pcs, then the contribution margin will be 5,20 – 2,70 = 2,50 Euro).

Additionally it can happen that plant 1030 assembles a product from components of 1010 / 1020. For the contribution margin or for the accounting COPA in sales organization 1030 we have to take the average price of each component.

Does anyone have a similar solution for that?
