How to track plan customer project application change log?

We have S4HANA professional services subscription. In the plan customer project application, if any changes are done, how can we track this change log?

Hi Brendan,

process given in SAP note is not easy one to understand for anyone. SAP should release some solution as we have in other solutions as change log.

use the Show Changes app. There are several custom project options in search. You need applicable carafe in a role.

For the Customer Project header it uses an object ID (a guid ID) Instead of project ID.You need to creat a cds view and query to translate the project ID to guid/object Id.
