SAP Personas 3.0 - JScript Error

jscript-error.pngHello,

System Information: Personas 3.0, Personas Level (Component): 0004, Package: SAPK-30004INPERSONAS, Service Pack: SAP_BASIS 740: SP 0009, Kernel Release: 745, Kernel Patch Level: 315, SAPGUI: 740, Patch Level 11

Issue: We have some flavors built on couple of transactions. These flavors have some scripts attached (to screen events, script events). Scripts seem to work fine when we are on Chrome/Firefox. However, when we are testing the same from Windows GUI, we keep getting "Object Expected src: Microsoft Jscript runtime error" on every script triggering off. Attached is the screenshot from a script which is tagged to screen onLoad event. What are we missing in here?

Thx,

Ravi

As far as I know, there used to be a known problem with flavors in the Windows GUI that have an onLoad script. This was usually happening when the SAP GUI patch level was old, however you are on PL 11 so I'm not sure if this applies.

I would suggest trying to install SAP GUI 740 PL 11 hotfix 1 that was released three weeks ago and test if the problem still persists. If yes, then the next step is creating an OSS incident for component BC-FES-GUI so that the SAP GUI team can look into the problem.
