data source for the cube 0RTL_C01

Hello BW experts,

can any one give me the info about 0RTL_C01 info cube, which data source supplies the data to this cube, i know that this is COPA extraction, is there any standard BC data source in R/3 that supplies data to this cube. I'm using the BC cube as it is with out any customisation.
