Auto generate email notification for STO and PO

Hi Team,
we would like to know the standard settings or configuration for below scenario in SAP HANA 2021
1) To Activate the standard auto generate email notification for STO's(material requests, transfer postings, QA release. etc) and
2) To Activate email notification after creating PO & STOs not getting closed within 1 week after started running(deadline)
