I added 10 items in "components" tab of workorder to create their PR. But instead of 1 single PR, system has generated 10 separate PRs.
How to rectify? How can 1 create only 1 PR from all the components & services added in order?
In configuration TC SPRO under Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Maintenance and Service Processing > Maintenance and Service Orders > Functions and setting for Order types > Define Change Documents, Collective Purchase Requisitions, MRP Relevance there is a table with all the Work Order types. Below is the checkbox you can select to get 1 PR per Work Order.

For collective PR you need to tick mark on check collective PR check box other wise it will not create collective PR, however, pl do not forget to mark relevant control key for external procurement of service / material.
For Requisitions: You have a choice for creating one req for all operations or one req for each it depends on business requirement.
PM -> Maintenance and service processing -> Maintenance and Service Orders -> Functions and settings for order types -> Define Change docs, Collective purchase req indicator, operation No interval
